Job summary

IK Partners is seeking an intern for the Benelux team in Amsterdam to support deal activity in 2027. You will assist with appraisal of investment opportunities, both qualitative and quantitative, and help with execution of transactions in the Benelux region, while engaging with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Excellent academic focus in finance/economics and engineering.
Prior internships in private equity/ VC, investment banking or strategy consulting.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Support appraisal of potential investment opportunities (quantitative and qualitative).
Assist in execution of transactions in the Benelux region.
Involve with current portfolio companies to support strategic initiatives.
Build operating models and perform valuation exercises.
Participate in M&A transactions and financings.
