Job summary
BROMMA, a division of Kalmar, is seeking a Service Engineer based in Rotterdam to service our high-complexity spreaders. The role involves travel across the Benelux region and occasional European travel.
You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of new equipment. Requirements include engineering background in mechanical or electrical fields, experience with hydraulic systems, ability to read complex drawings, knowledge of PLC software, and strong communication in
Qualifications
- Educational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in hydraulic systems and service work on large industrial machinery.
- Fluency in English; Dutch required; German considered a merit.
Responsibilities
- Carry out service operations including preventative maintenance and repairs on spreaders.
- Inspect sites and identify opportunities for parts, refurbishments, and upgrades.
- Provide technical assistance for installation and troubleshooting of equipment.
