Job summary

HOERBIGER Benelux, a key part of the HOERBIGER Service business in Europe, is looking for a Field Service Supervisor in the Netherlands. You will perform maintenance on rotating machinery and compressors, lead a team of mechanics, and address technical problems in coordination with the project manager.

Compliance with ISO, VCA, and company regulations is essential. The role requires travel, offshore qualifications or willingness to obtain them, and fluency in Dutch, German and English.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary vocational education level 4 or a bachelor degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering.
• Hands-on, organizationally strong, accurate and result-oriented.
• Good command of Dutch, German and English.
• Good PC skills, mastery of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Driving license B/BE.
• Willingness to travel.
• Off-shore qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• VCA-VOL certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance interventions and inspections on rotating machinery and reciprocating compressors; lead a crew of mechanics as needed.
• Identify problems and resolve them in consultation with the project manager; address mechanical and process-related issues.
• Comply with ISO quality management, VCA, and company procedures.
• Provide support in planning, preparation and supervision of maintenance projects and overhauls.
