Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a high-impact Regional Marketing Manager for Benelux to drive the regional marketing strategy and collaborate with the local Sales team to generate demand, events, and campaigns that translate into measurable pipeline and revenue.

You will partner with regional teams to tailor programs to market maturity, leveraging AI and data-driven insights to accelerate growth, brand presence, and customer engagement across Benelux.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related industries.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and drive outcomes.
• Proven experience managing multi-tactical regional marketing programs.
• Strong track record aligning marketing strategy to sales execution and revenue.
• Experience in partner-led or indirect go-to-market environments.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline and revenue contribution.
• Experience with CRM, event tools and marketing reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
• Fluent English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Execute the regional marketing strategy for the Benelux region aligned to pipeline targets and territory priorities.
• Drive Benelux market development programmes and adapt campaigns to market maturity and growth opportunities.
• Increase brand awareness, market penetration, and customer engagement across the region.
• Provide strategic input into regional business planning and go-to-market strategy.
• Design and manage integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline creation, acceleration and revenue.
