Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Field Delivery Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers in the Benelux region. This role involves coaching, managing resources, and ensuring outstanding service across customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing technical teams, particularly in data centers, and is expected to possess a strong service orientation. The position calls for leadership, problem solving, and excellent communication skills, with occasional travel required across the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing field service teams in a technical environment.
• Background in UPS, Switchgear, or Thermal systems.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Service-oriented mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
• Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop your team of Field Service Engineers.
• Ensure timely execution of installation, maintenance, and repair services.
• Manage resource planning and workload balancing.
• Act as the point of escalation for customer issues.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
