Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited is seeking a Business Insights Manager for the Benelux region, based in Amsterdam or Hoeilaart. You will turn complex data into strategic insights, collaborating with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing and Finance to influence senior leadership decisions.

You’ll combine market, retailer and performance data to build a governed data foundation and shape the data roadmap for Horeca in the Benelux. Strong BI, storytelling and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with commercial curiosity.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with data sources such as Nielsen/NIQ and retailer data.

Responsibilities

• Turn market and performance data into strategic insights.
• Create a clear, trusted view of business performance across Benelux.
• Communicate complex analysis with compelling storytelling to senior leadership.
• Shape the Benelux data ecosystem and data roadmap.
• Support key processes like MBR, AOP and MTP with data insights.
• Collaborate with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.
• Partner with data partners while aligning Benelux with regional priorities.
