Zusammenfassung

Unilever is seeking a Data Analyst for the Benelux region. The role can be based in Brussels, Belgium or Rotterdam, Netherlands, with hybrid work and travel between Belgium and the Netherlands as needed.

You will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement across UFS Benelux. You will work across data analysis lifecycle, retrieve and clean data, develop dashboards and reports (Power BI focus), monitor performance, and translate

Qualifikationen

• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting or another role involving the interpretation of complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience working with databases, data extraction, data preparation and visualisation tools.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into accurate, relevant and user-friendly analytical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data, insights and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
• Willingness to travel between Belgium and the Netherlands according to business needs.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into practical data, reporting and analytical solutions.
• Retrieve, clean, structure and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability.
• Analyse complex datasets using analytical and statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, risks and growth opportunities.
• Turn analysis into actionable insights and recommendations that support business decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualisations and reports, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Support the development and maintenance of databases, data collection processes and reporting solutions.
• Monitor business performance and key indicators, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
• Present insights clearly and confidently, making complex information accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with management and cross-functional teams, including Agile squads, to prioritise business and information needs.
