Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC seeks a Center Engagement Lead to identify and onboard Authorized Treatment Centers in the Benelux for Casgevy. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to contract, onboard, and support ATCs, ensuring a smooth patient journey from referral to infusion.

The position emphasizes operational readiness, training coordination, and process support, without direct product promotion. Hybrid work in the Netherlands with occasional international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating contracts with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Quality and Commercial teams.
• Ability to lead onboarding and training for clinical/operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and activation of Authorized Treatment Centers in Benelux.
• Coordinate contracting, onboarding, and ongoing ATC support for Casgevy.
• Define onboarding strategy from activation to order readiness and training.
• Engage ATCs, physicians and management to progress activations.
• Oversee training and audits to ensure high-quality service at ATCs.
• Develop ATC operational readiness plans and report progress to leadership.
• Provide guidance to ATCs for rapid treatment initiation and issue resolution.
