Job summary

NewCold Coöperatief U.A. is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Benelux market to lead the local sales function, identify new opportunities, and drive growth in the logistics and warehousing sector.

You will collaborate with Group Business Development and operations to ensure a structured, market-led approach and successful tender responses. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years in SCM/logistics BD, excellent negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• 7–10 years in business development within SCM/logistics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Benelux.
• Lead local sales function and tender participation.
• Collaborate with Group Business Development to support growth.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance.
• Develop commercial proposals and manage contract negotiations.
