Job summary

Kinly is recruiting a Financial Control Team Lead in Breda for a permanent, hybrid role. You will oversee finance operations for the Benelux region, contribute to month-end close, reporting and cash forecasting, and lead a small finance team of three.

The position blends hands-on control with process improvement in a dynamic, international setting. You will collaborate with AP/AR/GL colleagues, implement improvements, and support budgeting/forecasting with HR.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience in accounting, auditing or financial control
• Strong Excel skills and SAP experience
• Ability to lead a small finance team
• Hands-on, process improvement oriented
• Experience with monthly/quarterly close and reporting

• Finance Operations & Reporting for Benelux region
