Job summary

REMA TIP TOP GmbH in Arnhem (Netherlands) seeks a Group Business Controller to steer financial and operational performance across the Benelux. You’ll partner with the MD, Finance Director, and regional teams, providing data-driven insights and KPI structures to guide strategic decisions.

You will standardize data sources, drive digitalization projects, and prepare business cases for HQ Germany. This role includes budgeting, forecasting, and close collaboration with cross-functional directors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role in an international/multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize Power BI and Microsoft Fabric dashboards.
• Harmonize data from different entities into one reliable source.
• Develop KPI structures (leading KPIs) and trend analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare business cases and internal reports for HQ Germany.
• Contribute to digitalization and process optimization.
• Partner with operational directors and departments.
• Support month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Report and analyze to support the management team.
