Job summary

Independent Recruiters on Terschelling is seeking a Head Chef to lead and elevate the island kitchen. You will shape a creative, seasonal menu, mentor the kitchen team, and drive quality, guest experience, and commercial results.

You will oversee sourcing, purchasing, stock control, and financial performance while maintaining hands-on leadership. Accommodation can be discussed to help you settle in and start this exciting island chapter.

Salaris

You’ll be working on the beautiful island of Terschelling, where you’ll have the freedom to bring your culinary vision to life as Head Chef. You can expect a gross monthly salary of €4,000 to €4,500, depending on your experience. Accommodation can also be discussed, helping you settle in and start this new adventure with peace of mind.
