Novotel Amsterdam City is seeking a friendly Barista for STACH, our on-site convenience store. You’ll welcome hotel guests, craft beverages, and help keep the shop stocked and welcoming.

You will manage inventory, maintain a clean, organized space, and contribute to a warm, guest‑centered experience with a young, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-focused service environments.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner.

Job Description

As a Barista you’ll work at STACH, our own convenience store. STACH is known for its delicious on‑the‑go drinks and bites, while the bar offers a warm and welcoming spot for guests to start their day. The location is popular with busy hotel guests heading to their next meeting, and you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, friendly experience for them.

At STACH, you’ll help manage inventory and ensure the shop looks clean, organized, and inviting throughout the day. We’re looking for someone who is naturally hospitable, enjoys working with people, and brings positive energy to the workplace.

• An on-call contract with an hourly wage of €16,14, excluding 8% holiday allowance (holiday pay is added monthly on top of your hourly wage);
