BaxterStorey NL is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional coffee experiences in a team-driven environment. You will greet customers professionally, prepare drinks to our standards, and share menu recommendations while handling allergens correctly.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with a friendly, professional greeting.
• Prepare and serve various beverages and teas to standard recipes.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and area.
• Follow health, safety, and food safety guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and restock as needed.
• Operate till systems for payments and orders.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve customer issues.
• Support teammates with other tasks as needed.

Job description

Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday - Thursday, office hours)

Gross salary: EUR 2511,89 - 2778 gross per month based on 38 hours and excluding holiday allowance

• 25 holidays per calendar year
• Meals on shift for a small tax withholding
• Bespoke training and development opportunities
• Commuting allowance of € 0,23 per km for distances over 10 km and/or the possibility to lease a bike

Job Description

• Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
• Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
• Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
• The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and HACCP standards
• Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
• Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
