Job summary

Hilton Rotterdam zoekt een Banquets Waiter ter ondersteuning van evenementen in het centrum van Rotterdam. Je levert gastvrije service en draagt bij aan een vlekkeloze uitvoering van buffetten en conferenties.

Je hebt ervaring in de hospitality, bij voorkeur in een vijfsterrenhotel, en is gepassioneerd om gasten de beste service te bieden. Daarnaast leer je graag meer over de diverse F&B-outlets en werk je in een schone, georganiseerde omgeving.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in de hospitality industrie, bij voorkeur in een vijfsterrenhotel.
• Passie voor het leveren van de beste service aan gasten.
• Wil leren over de verschillende F&B-outlets bij Hilton Rotterdam.
• Houdt van een schone en georganiseerde werkomgeving.
• Kan gastenklachten afhandelen en opvolgen met de Banquets Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Zorgdragen voor een soepele banquets- en conferentie-activiteit volgens de richtlijnen van de Banqueting Supervisor.
• Meewerken aan de planning en uitvoering van evenementen.
• Garant staan voor hygiëne en gastentevredenheid.

As a Banquets Waiter, you are responsible for a smooth sequence of all banqueting and conference activities, including their preparation, taking account of the directives and guidelines of the Banqueting Supervisor.

We are looking for a Banquets Waiter who:

• Has experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a five star hotel
• Is passionate about delivering the best service to our guests
• Would like to learn more about the different F&B outlets in Hilton Rotterdam
• Likes to work in a clean and organized working environment
• Can handle guest complaints and provide a follow up to the BQT Supervisor
