Kimpton De Witt Amsterdam, part of Lore Group, is seeking a Banqueting employee Ambulant to deliver exceptional service at meetings, events, conferences, receptions and private dinners. You will be on the floor, setting up spaces, serving guests and supporting events with a friendly, international team.

This fully operational, physically active role requires flexibility, teamwork and a hands-on attitude to ensure every event meets the hotel’s highest standards and creates memorable guest

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events is advantageous.
• Flexibility and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Hands-on attitude required for a busy events setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, arrange, and break down meeting rooms and event spaces according to event specifications and hotel standards.
• Prepare banquet areas, furniture, audiovisual equipment, and service stations prior to events.
• Welcome and assist guests during meetings, conferences, receptions, and banqueting events.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Ensure event spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout service.
• Replenish supplies and maintain service standards during events.
• Support colleagues across the Food & Beverage department when required.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and deliver the Kimpton service experience at all times.
