An IT Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services is sought for a hybrid Eindhoven/remote role. You will turn business needs into clear processes, prototypes, and a prioritised delivery backlog, collaborating closely with the Solution Architect to map today’s operations and design tomorrow’s solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into processes and backlogs.
• Experience with agile delivery approaches (Scrum/SAFe).
• Strong BPMN process modelling and requirements engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops and interviews with stakeholders to model as-is and to-be processes.
• Identify pain points, data needs, and control points; document assumptions.
• Translate regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, GDPR, DORA) into requirements.
• Work in short iterations with the Solution Architect to prototype and validate.
• Run demos and capture stakeholder feedback to inform requirements.
• Convert processes into epics, user stories, and MVP backlogs for the April release.
• Bridge business and delivery teams; support refinement, planning, testing, and change management.
