Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. is seeking an enthusiastic pastry chef for a beautiful bakery in Panningen. You will join a friendly team to prepare flans, cakes and pastries, ensuring quality and consistency with our recipes and production plans.

You will mainly work day shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 and rotate one Saturday and two Sundays every four weeks. The role offers a competitive gross monthly salary between €2,880 and €3,459 for a 38‑hour week, with opportunities for personal development and

• Experience as baker, pastry chef or operator in food industry preferred.
• Accurate work and eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare different types of flans, pastries, crumbles, almond paste, dough and bavarois.
• Follow production schedule and fixed recipes.
• Prepare rice flans with whipped cream.
• Pipe whipped cream and finish products neatly.
• Check quality and presentation.
• Keep workplace and machines clean.
• Collaborate with colleagues to hit daily production targets.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations.

Are you an enthusiastic pastry chef who enjoys working with fresh products? For a beautiful bakery in Panningen, we are looking for a pastry chef who would like to work together with a friendly team to make delicious flans, cakes and pastries.

What will you do?

As a pastry chef, you will work together with approximately 10 colleagues in the bakery. You will ensure that production runs smoothly and that the flans and other bakery products are prepared on time and according to the recipes.

• You will prepare different types of flans, pastries, crumbles, almond paste, dough and bavarois;
• You will work according to the production schedule and fixed recipes;
• You will prepare, among other things, rice flans with whipped cream;
• You will pipe whipped cream and neatly finish the products;
• You will check the quality and ensure a neat presentation;
• You will keep the workplace and machines clean;
• You will work together with your colleagues to achieve the daily production targets;
• You will follow the applicable hygiene and safety regulations.
