PACCAR Financial Europe zoekt een bachelorstagiair die de lead-follow-up in HubSpot onderzoekt en verbetert voor de Europese markten. Je analyseert huidige processen, ontwikkelt een universele strategie en bouwt rapportages die sales teams dagelijks kunnen gebruiken.

Je werkt samen met internationale teams en krijgt begeleiding van een ervaren coach. Het internship biedt toegang tot een breed netwerk binnen PACCAR en DAF.

Formación

• Bachelor student in Automotive, Commercial Economics, International Business of similar field.
• Ervaring met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) en Power BI.
• Bij voorkeur kennis van CRM-systemen, ervaring met HubSpot is een plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyseer de huidige lead-follow-up in HubSpot voor Europese landen.
• Stel een universele lead-follow-up strategie op in HubSpot.
• Ontwikkel rapportages in HubSpot ter ondersteuning van sales in Europa.
• Ontwikkel een rollout-plan voor verschillende sales-organisaties.
• Presenteer bevindingen en voorstellen aan stakeholders.

Are you ready for a challenging role in the international world of DAF Used Trucks? Within Used Trucks, we use the HubSpot CRM platform to follow up on sales leads that come in. You will investigate which information is needed to follow up on leads more effectively and efficiently and make recommendations for improvement.

What will you do?

• Analyse the current lead follow-up process in HubSpot across different European countries
• Set up a universal lead follow-up strategy using HubSpot
• Develop reports in HubSpot to optimally support the European Used Trucks sales organisations in their daily operations
• Develop a roll-out plan for the different sales organisations
• Present your findings and proposal to key stakeholders

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor student, preferably in Automotive, Commercial Economics, International Business or a similar field
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
• Preferably knowledge of CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a big plus)
• Proactive team player with strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second European language is an advantage

Afdeling

PACCAR Financial Europe provides financial services to DAF dealers and end customers to support the sale of DAF trucks throughout Europe. As part of the global PACCAR Financial organisation, headquartered in Eindhoven, we operate in many European countries through local sales offices. The DAF Used Trucks department manages the intake and remarketing of approximately 12,000 customer-returned trucks annually, with quality and customer satisfaction in international markets at the core.

Please note: for non-EU students, the internship or graduation project must be part of your study program, and a tripartite agreement signed by the student, employer, and educational institution is required.
