Metyis AG is seeking a Manager to join our eB2B team in Amsterdam. You will lead end-to-end engagements, combine consulting with commercial execution, and drive growth for client and internal initiatives.

The role blends strategy with practical delivery, requiring strong stakeholder management, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate opportunities into revenue and profitability. You will work across data, technology, and business teams in a fast-growing, international environment.

Mansioni

• Lead eB2B engagements end to end - Take day-to-day ownership of major client engagements, structure the work, manage teams, drive client discussions and ensure momentum and quality.
• Define eB2B strategy - Assess markets, customers and competitors; identify growth opportunities; define ambition, value proposition, strategic priorities and roadmaps.
• Shape the commercial model - Design customer segmentation, proposition, assortment, pricing, sales, marketing, CRM, acquisition, retention and channel approaches.
• Build the business case - Translate opportunities into revenue, margin, investment and profitability scenarios and establish the KPIs required to manage performance.
• Set up the business - Design the operating model, organization, capabilities, processes and governance needed to launch and scale an eB2B business.
• Operate and improve - Work alongside clients after strategy definition to establish commercial rhythms, track performance, solve issues and continuously improve the business.
• Lead teams and senior stakeholders - Manage multidisciplinary consulting teams and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Contribute to practice growth - Support propositions, business development, client relationships and the continued development of Metyis' eB2B offering.
