Job summary

Metyis in Amsterdam is seeking a Strategy and Execution Manager with 5-8 years of experience in management consulting to join our growing team. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects, shape client strategy, and drive execution across work streams.

You will develop relationships with C-level stakeholders, guide junior colleagues, and translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations. English and Dutch fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting or similar background.
• Master’s degree with excellent academic results.
• Strong business acumen and client-facing capability.
• Ability to think analytically, break down problems, and derive data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and evaluate project ideas.
• Prepare communications for senior executives about ongoing projects using a results-driven approach.
• Manage client relationships and lead projects with junior colleagues.
