Job summary

Bedrijfsfitness Nederland by Epassi is hiring a B2B Marketing Manager to own sports activation for our client base from conception to execution. You will build campaigns, toolkits, and onboarding journeys that convert activation into subscription growth, working closely with Customer Success on every client touchpoint.

The role focuses on end-to-end activation, lifecycle workflow design, and data-driven optimization to achieve OKRs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in B2B or B2B2C marketing, preferably subscription/benefits/wellness.
• Hands-on experience running activation or lifecycle campaigns end to end.
• Experience building marketing automation and lifecycle email flows.
• Comfort collaborating with Customer Success or Sales on campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the always-on sports activation programme end to end.
• Build the toolkit Customer Success uses in activations.
• Design, build and maintain lifecycle flows for new subscribers.
• Track activation and subscription metrics and integrate results into planning.
