Job summary

Dahua in the Netherlands is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive objectives with the HQ and WEU Marketing teams. You will develop and manage an annual marketing plan with the allocated budget, and provide effective support to all business areas to meet country sales goals.

You will maintain the website and social media, plan events, roadshows, trainings and webinars, and ensure brand guidelines are followed. Strong English/Chinese, and Dutch an advantage, are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Communications required.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience in Security Video Surveillance and/or Technology is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to translate needs into action plans.
• Event planning and organizing experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, Access and PowerPoint; CRM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Dahua’s objectives with HQ and WEU Marketing teams.
• Create and manage annual marketing plan with allocated budget.
• Provide effective marketing support to all business areas to hit sales goals.
• Liaise with HQ and WEU for materials coordination and allocation.
• Maintain the company website and social media platforms.
• Plan and organize events, roadshows, trainings, and webinars.
• Communicate and implement brand guidelines internally and externally.
• Maintain visibility through PR and external partners.
• Implement general marketing procedures in day-to-day actions; manage Marketing Assistant.
