Job summary

Kraton Corporation in Almere is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes for B2B customers. You will process orders, manage master data, and coordinate with logistics, sales and planning to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or logistics, strong English, and experience with SAP ERP/CRM. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in customer service, logistics, or inside sales.
• Experience with B2B order management and inquiries handling.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP, CRM, and MS Office required.
• English fluency; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new customer accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Process and track orders; manage customer portals and orders via SAP ERP and CRM.
• Monitor OTC process dashboards to ensure high invoice accuracy and low errors.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, planning and other teams to resolve issues and improve on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and Kraton policies.
