Job summary

Corendon Hotels & Resorts invites you to join W Amsterdam as a B&F Attendant. You will elevate guest moments across the W Lounge, In Room Dining and Banqueting, delivering bold service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You report to B&F Supervisors, work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey. Fluency in English is required; Dutch or another language is a plus, and a valid work permit for the Netherlands is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in the same or similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Dutch and any other language is appreciated.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage.
• Work permit for the Netherlands is required.

Responsibilities

• As a B&F Attendant you elevate guest moments across the W Lounge, In Room Dining and Banqueting.
• You report to the B&F Supervisors and support daily operations across venues.
• You suggest cocktails in the W Lounge and guide food pairings and service standards.
• You ensure spaces sparkle, prepare for shifts, and work in a fast-paced environment with music and movement.
• You rotate shifts including evenings, weekends, and nights, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a WOW guest journey.

What does the job include?

As a B&F Attendant, you are an all‑round B&F expert who elevates every guest moment across our venues.

You report directly to the B&F Supervisors and support the daily operations of the W Lounge, In Room Dining and Banqueting.

You work as part of a larger team dedicated to making guest dreams come true and you stay fully in the know about our menus, cocktails, pairings, hotel facilities and all B&F possibilities.

In the W Lounge, you suggest cocktails guests didn’t even know they loved and guide them through food pairings.

In In Room Dining, you amplify the guest experience by delivering a bold, elevated service that goes far beyond traditional room service. You welcome and assist guests in all venues, follow service standards from start to finish and bring the Whatever/Whenever® philosophy to life through personalized interactions.

You ensure every space sparkles, prepare thoroughly for each shift and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment with music and movement. You work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and nights.

You collaborate with other departments, communicate clearly with your team and support a seamless guest journey across the hotel. You always put the guest at the center of everything you do, and any task that creates a WOW moment becomes part of your role.
