Levy NL in Utrecht is seeking an Azure .NET Developer to help modernise core Risk & Finance systems for a major Dutch bank. You will work on .NET, Azure Functions, Durable Functions and SQL Server while moving toward a data-driven Azure platform in an end-to-end squad.

You'll deliver features, build data pipelines with Azure Databricks and Data Factory, and implement security and IaC using Bicep and Azure DevOps.

Formación

• 5+ years in .NET/C# development, DevOps or platform engineering.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs (REST/Swagger) and Entity Framework.
• Hands-on Azure experience: App Services, Functions, Durable Functions, Key Vault, Entra ID.
• Experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory for data pipelines.
• Experience with SQL Server and SAP-originated datasets.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Pipelines (YAML), Azure CLI, Git and Bicep.
• OOP, SOLID, DDD, design patterns and unit testing/TDD.
• Understanding of Azure networking, OAuth/App Registrations and IAM.
• Experience with application modernization to data-intensive architectures.

Azure .NET Developer with Databricks | Modernise core Risk & Finance systems | Major Dutch Bank

A major Dutch bank is looking for an Azure .NET Developer to join its Credit Core squad within the Risk & Finance Tech domain. The team owns the backbone systems that classify, manage and report the bank's financial products, and is now refactoring these applications into data-driven solutions on Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory. You will combine hands-on .NET engineering with data platform work in a squad that owns everything end to end.

About the role

You will maintain and enhance business-critical applications built on .NET, Azure Functions, Durable Functions and SQL Server, while playing a key part in the move towards a modern Azure data platform. Alongside the engineering, you will help raise the squad's maturity in security, automation and operational excellence, and coach colleagues along the way. The role is 36 to 40 hours per week, with an international bank operating in 38 countries.

You will:

About you

• 5+ years of experience in .NET/C# development, DevOps or platform engineering
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs (REST/Swagger) and Entity Framework
• Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Durable Functions, Key Vault, Entra ID); Azure certification preferred
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory and data ingestion/transformation pipelines
• Experience with SQL Server and integrating SAP-originated datasets
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines (YAML), Azure CLI, Git and Bicep
• Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID, DDD, design patterns and unit testing/TDD
• Understanding of Azure networking (VNets, Private Endpoints, NSGs, DNS), OAuth/App Registrations and identity and access management
• Experience with application modernisation and refactoring towards data-intensive architectures
