Job summary

Stafide is seeking a Senior .NET/C# Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Web API. You will develop secure RESTful APIs for loan origination and payment systems, leverage Microsoft Azure, and lead DevOps practices in a banking environment.

The role requires deep expertise in C#, .NET, Azure, and microservices, with experience in banking or credit projects, and a collaborative, Agile mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on C#/.NET development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with .NET Core and Microsoft Azure.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, Lending, or Credit domain projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Framework 4.x.
• Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 6/7/8.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and REST services.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework / EF Core and LINQ.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, CI/CD, and Git.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust C#/.NET applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs for banking and credit systems.

As a Senior .NET / C# Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure applications comply with banking security, audit, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Perform application performance tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
• Lead code reviews and enforce software development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the development team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical design discussions.
