Job summary

Vattenfall seeks an experienced Cloud Architect to guide design and evolution of cloud and infrastructure solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. You will shape enterprise-wide cloud standards, governance frameworks and architecture principles while supporting cloud-native development and migrations.

You will influence cloud adoption at scale, work with modern technologies and contribute to Vattenfall's digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions.
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and govern enterprise-grade cloud platforms in Microsoft Azure.
Define architecture standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
Support migration of business-critical apps to Azure using modern architectural principles.
Design and implement Azure Landing Zones, management groups, and policy-based governance.
Collaborate with security specialists to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
Lead cloud security initiatives based on Zero Trust principles and Microsoft security frameworks.
Contribute to hybrid architectures integrating Azure with SAP ERP, Kafka, and other tech.
Advise stakeholders on cloud strategy, roadmaps, and technology choices.
Promote automation and continuous improvement across the cloud landscape.
