Job summary

PepsiCo BeNeLux offers a winter internship for near-graduates, running January/February to July 2027. You’ll contribute to Away From Home (AFH) and help shape the future of iconic brands such as Lay’s, Quaker and Doritos through hands-on projects.

Join a cohort of about 30 interns who receive mentorship, opportunities to grow, and a supportive environment. The program includes a monthly stipend of 550€ and travel reimbursement, plus a home‑office toolkit to help you work effectively.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and set the right priorities.
• Proactive in taking on tasks and daring to do things differently.
• Work in a structured and organized way.
• You must hold student status or have graduated no more than 3 months before the start date.
• Speak and write Dutch fluently.
• In possession of a valid Dutch driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn to use curiosity and learn from new situations by pushing beyond your comfort zone.
• Learn to work independently and be responsible for your own projects.
• Develop professional skills including communication, time management, problem solving and teamwork.
• Understand how the sales process works and participate in it.
• Learn on the job by collaborating with fellow interns, sharing experiences, and building connections across the company.
