MUFG Bank (Europe) N.V. (MBE) in Amsterdam seeks a senior AVP to lead Product Governance, coordinating governance across Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations.

You will drive approvals, reporting and lifecycle reviews, ensuring regulatory alignment and robust evidence for decisions. The role partners with multiple stakeholders across a large international bank, working in a hybrid setup with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Banking, Financial Services, Product Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Operations.
• Experience supporting governance committees and approval processes.
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate product governance processes, committee activities, product approvals and governance reporting.
• Manage NPC meetings, governance packs and minutes; track conditions and escalation.
• Maintain product catalogue and lifecycle documentation; ensure evidence-based decisions.
