Job summary

MUFG Bank Europe N.V. in Amsterdam is seeking an AVP Market Risk Manager with a strong data governance background to oversee data quality, reconciliation and issue management across Market and Liquidity Risk.

You will support BCBS 239 remediation, collaborate with Technology and business stakeholders to improve data flows and controls, and deliver clear management information on data quality metrics and remediation progress. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Academic background in data science, econometrics, economics, finance, statistics, computer science or related field.
• Strong data governance knowledge and ability to improve data controls.
• Fluent English communication and advanced analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyse and resolve data quality and reconciliation issues across market and liquidity risk.
• Serve as primary data-related contact for incidents, root cause analysis and remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain data quality controls, monitoring processes and reconciliation frameworks.
