Job summary

Beetronics is seeking a Country Manager to own the Dutch-speaking market for the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll guide the customer journey from inquiry to invoicing, advising on optimal monitor and touchscreen solutions and handling aftersales.

The role rewards autonomy and cross-functional impact within a fast-growing, global e-commerce setting. You’ll work with professional customers across diverse industries, with hybrid work and a need to learn quickly in a tech-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role involving technical products.
• Interest in electronics, AV, monitors or touchscreens.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for incoming Dutch-speaking B2B requests.
• Help customers identify the right monitor or touchscreen solution.
• Prepare quotations, determine pricing, process orders and invoicing.
• Manage relationships with recurring customers and key accounts.
• Provide technical support through delivery and aftersales.
• Improve product information across Dutch-language channels.
• Lead projects and initiatives across the business.
