Job summary

Ranpak is seeking a Quality Engineer Automation to develop and structure overall automation quality. You will coordinate quality processes, maintain the QC system, and manage NCR/CAPA while supporting NPI projects and FAT with customers.

Fluency in Dutch and English is essential for communication with production teams. Hybrid work and international travel may be required as part of our ongoing quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience as Quality Engineer, Manager, or Specialist in production environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and English for communication with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously improve all quality-related processes within the Automation department.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Control system, including procedures, work instructions, and training.
• Manage the NCR and CAPA systems for Automation.
• Handle customer complaints and support NPI projects.
• Define quality requirements for automation machines and lead FAT with customers.
• Drive a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
• Support the Quality Management System according to ISO9001 standards.
• Ensure open communication with Ranpak entities.
