Job summary
Prothya Biosolutions Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Manager Industrial Automation to lead a team of automation professionals, ensuring reliable operation, compliance with GMP and CSV requirements, and ongoing improvement in manufacturing processes.
You will manage 5 technicians, an CSV specialist, and an automation engineer while coordinating with Engineering, IT, Validation, and Manufacturing to deliver scalable automation solutions and drive capital projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Automation Engineering or related field.
- At least ten years in pharma/GMP environments and strong PLC/SCADA/DCS/MES background.
- Proven leadership experience managing automation teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the automation team, setting priorities and managing workload.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of site automation, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and capital project support for automation initiatives.
- Maintain CSV activities and ensure changes are handled via change control and QA alignment.
