Job summary

Betaprofs is seeking experienced Maintenance Engineers for a highly automated distribution centre in Heerlen, Netherlands. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and support fellow technicians as part of a hands-on team.

The role includes working with conveyors, shuttles, sensors and drives, with a permanent contract and competitive salary. English skills are valued; Dutch not required. Relocation not mentioned.

Qualifications

• Practical maintenance professional with strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• MBO level 3/4 in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Willing to work at a highly automated distribution centre and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot conveyors, shuttles, sensors, motors and drives.
• Investigate recurring problems and identify root causes.
• Suggest improvements to increase equipment reliability.
• Support less experienced technicians and share knowledge.
• Work with colleagues to keep systems running reliably.
