Job summary

everox is transforming waste concrete into circular building materials. We own automation across our Rotterdam pilots, ’s-Gravendeel facility, and future flagship plants, with EcoStruxure Automation Expert as the core platform.

You will take ownership of the existing control software and progressively bring programming in-house, collaborating with system integrators and IT for data integration. You will operate within a small hands-on engineering team, reporting to the CTO.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years designing and programming PLC/SCADA in process/manufacturing.
• Strong IEC 61131-3 programming skills with modular approach.
• Experience commissioning and troubleshooting on-site.
• Knowledge of industrial networks and VFDs.
• Experience coordinating with system integrators and suppliers.
• Fluent English; Dutch a plus. Driving licence and on-site presence required.

Responsibilities

• Own the control software across all facilities and future plants.
• Build and maintain a reusable software library for equipment and processes.
• Define control concepts and architecture for containerised products.
• Review scope with external partners and lead FAT/SAT and commissioning.
• Collaborate with Schneider Electric and integrators; bring programming in-house.
• Make process data available for analysis and digital twin development.
