Job summary

Amoria Bond is seeking an Automation Engineer for a 3+ month contract in Amsterdam to drive standardization and automation across IT operations. You will design and implement automated solutions focusing on network infrastructure and security, collaborating with operations, engineering and security teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Ansible and/or Python, plus strong knowledge of IaC and automation best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automation Engineer, DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure Automation Engineer.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and/or Python.
• Experience with infrastructure automation, configuration management and orchestration.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• An automation-first mindset with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across operations, engineering and security teams.
• Proactive, communicative and able to quickly learn new technologies.

The role

We are looking for a motivated Automation Engineer to join an enterprise environment in Amsterdam.

You will play a key role in driving standardization and automation across IT operations, with a strong focus on network infrastructure and security technologies. Working closely with operations, engineering and security teams, you will design and implement automated solutions that improve reliability, scalability and efficiency.
