Job summary

Hikvision Europe B.V. in Hoofddorp is seeking a Warehouse Manager to take overall responsibility for daily performance and continuous improvement of our warehouse operations.

You will lead a highly automated, robot-supported Goods-to-Person environment, overseeing inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound activities. This hands-on leadership role combines people management, operational control and data-driven performance management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and daily performance.
• Strong understanding of inbound, storage, picking and outbound.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound.
• Plan capacity, staffing and resources to meet demand and SLAs.
• Monitor performance and address bottlenecks and exceptions.
• Ensure robot-integrated G2P system supports targets.
• Coach and develop warehouse employees; manage shifts and overtime.
• Collaborate with IT, maintenance, robotics providers and logistics partners.
