CANPACK Netherlands in Helmond is seeking a Machine Operator to join its highly automated production lines. You will operate, monitor, and adjust machines, perform quality checks, and ensure safety and efficiency on a 5-shift rotation, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator or similar production environment.
• Technical insight and interest in modern machinery.
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Own transportation to the workplace in Helmond.
• Availability to work in a 5-shift rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, highly automated production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting automated production machines.
• Checking the production process and ensuring machines run efficiently.
• Identifying and responding to machine irregularities and production issues.
• Performing quality checks on finished products.
• Carrying out adjustments and basic interventions when required.
• Following production instructions and established safety procedures.
• Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe.
• Working closely with colleagues and the Shift Leader to achieve production targets.
• Participating in shift handovers and communicating important production information.
