Job summary

VERSADO Personeelsdiensten in Venlo is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to ensure packing lines run smoothly and to support flexible packing tasks. You will set up and monitor the Cover-One packing machine, box folder and stacker, with a focus on quality, traceability and safety.

You'll work 38 hours per week, with early shifts and an average of two Saturdays per month, in a stable, family-run environment that offers prospects of a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work experience setting up and operating automated packing machines.
• Able to resolve minor machine faults independently.
• Willingness to work early shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating and monitoring packing machines such as the Cover-One, box folder and box stacker.
• Independently resolving minor machine faults and communicating skilfully about complex breakdowns.
• Accurately recording order numbers, batch numbers, KPI performance and traceability.
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning of the machines and flexibly assisting with the manual packing process.
• Available full-time for 38 hours a week, including early shifts and two Saturdays a month.
