CANPACK Netherlands in Helmond is seeking a Machine Operator to join its highly automated production lines. You will operate, monitor, and adjust machines, perform quality checks, and ensure safety and efficiency on a 5-shift rotation, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator or similar production environment.
• Technical insight and interest in modern machinery.
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Own transportation to the workplace in Helmond.
• Availability to work in a 5-shift rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, highly automated production environment.

Responsibilities

Over de vacature:

As a Machine Operator at CANPACK, you are an important part of the production process. You work with advanced, fully automated machinery and make sure the production line runs safely, efficiently, and according to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting automated production machines
• Checking the production process and ensuring machines run efficiently
• Identifying and responding to machine irregularities and production issues
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Carrying out adjustments and basic interventions when required
• Following production instructions and established safety procedures
• Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe
• Working closely with colleagues and the Shift Leader to achieve production targets
• Participating in shift handovers and communicating important production information

You will work in a 5-shift rotation system with an attractive schedule:

• 2 morning shifts: 06:00 - 14:00
• 2 afternoon shifts: 14:00 - 22:00
• 2 night shifts: 22:00 - 06:00
• Followed by 4 days off
