Job summary

Spanish Professionals in the Netherlands is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and optimise automated CNC equipment in a modern factory. You will join a 5-shift system and contribute to a new, automated line for wheel hubs in a high-tech environment.

You will work with Siemens control and Fanuc robotics, taking ownership of quality, maintenance, and continuous improvements while adhering to safety standards. Relocation support is offered for international candidates.

Qualifications

• A completed technical education (EQF level 3, 4 or 5).
• Reading drawings and machine programs is no problem for you.
• Good knowledge of materials and tools.
• Experience with Siemens control is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system.
• Proficiency in English.
• A detail-oriented, quality-conscious and solution-focused team player.
• A proactive mindset for optimising automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Operating, setting up and reconfiguring machines independently.
• Taking shift responsibility for solving machine problems.
• Optimising automated production lines while meeting safety standards.
• Performing measurements and registering deviations.
• Handling first-line maintenance and resolving technical issues.
• Keeping a clean and organised workspace in line with WCM-5S.
• Implementing improvements together with process engineers.
