VDL TIM Hapert is seeking an assembly technician to join our brand new automated production line in Hapert. The role offers a 3-shift schedule with a 25% shift bonus and clear opportunities for personal growth within the family business.

As an assembly technician you will be trained to learn procedures and, with your colleagues, assemble complex wheel hubs on a highly automated line. You will work closely with the quality department and report any deviations before the final product is produced.

Qualifications

• Technical VMBO/MBO education required.
• Experience as an assembly mechanic or similar is preferred.
• Willingness to work 3 shifts with 25% shift bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex wheel hubs on a largely automated production line with high precision.
• Collaborate with the quality department to flag deviations before final assembly.
