VDL TIM Hapert is seeking an assembly technician to join our brand new automated production line in Hapert. The role offers a 3-shift schedule with a 25% shift bonus and clear opportunities for personal growth within the family business.

As an assembly technician you will be trained to learn procedures and, with your colleagues, assemble complex wheel hubs on a highly automated line. You will work closely with the quality department and report any deviations before the final product is produced.

Qualifications

• Technical VMBO/MBO education required.
• Experience as an assembly mechanic or similar is preferred.
• Willingness to work 3 shifts with 25% shift bonus.

Responsibilities

For our brand new, automated line with modern machines we are looking for assembly mechanics who want to work 3 shifts. What will you do as an assembly technican?

As an assembly technician you will be trained and given the opportunity to learn the processes. In this role, together with your colleagues, you will assemble complex wheel hubs in a largely automated production line. You will do this in an extremely precise manner. You will work closely with the quality department and signal possible deviations or problems to these colleagues before producing the final product.

Your profile:

• Technical VMBO/MBO education
• Relevant work experience as an assembly mechanic or equivalent
• Willingness to work 3 shifts (with a compensation of 25%)
• Excellent command of English or Dutch
• Good technical understanding (production/assembly experience is a plus)
• Eye for detail and ability to work accurately
• Team player who can also work independently
