VDL TIM Hapert invites you to join their new, modern factory in Hapert as a Process Operator Mechatronics. You will ensure the fully automated production line runs smoothly, collaborating with production operators, process engineers and the technical department.

The role requires technical skills at MBO level 3-4, willingness to work in five shifts (with a 30% shift allowance), and good communication in English or Dutch. You contribute to 24/7 production and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Technically skilled with an interest in automation and mechatronics.
• Willingness to work in 5 shifts and adapt to a production schedule.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate, adjust and convert machines
• Optimize the line of robotized machines and monitor safety
• Perform measurements and register deviations
• Be responsible for first-line maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure order and cleanliness (WCM-5S)
