Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related).
• 0-3 years of engineering, manufacturing, process improvement, or technical operations experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and OE principles.
• Bring new technology to life via qualification, validation and process verification.
• Drive equipment reliability and preventive maintenance optimization.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and regulatory readiness through investigations and CAPAs.
• Foster a safe and sustainable workplace across manufacturing operations.
