Job summary

Workwize is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to help shape go-to-market for IT Asset Management. You’ll support feature launches, craft messaging, and build enablement content, including battlecards and FAQs, while gathering customer stories.

You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Sales and CS, conduct customer interviews, and translate technical details into clear value propositions to win in competitive, fast-growth SaaS markets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role (content, growth, or B2B marketing).
• Hands-on involvement in feature launches.
• Ability to quickly understand technical products, explain how they help customers.
• AI-native working: using AI tools to research, draft, analyze and move faster, with editing when needed.
• Excellent written English with the ability to make complex products clear and compelling.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Structured, curious, proactive, with a follow-through mindset.
• Analytical mindset: use data and feedback to improve work.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of feature launches.
• Turn updates into clear messaging and benefits within the PMM Lead's positioning.
• Coordinate launch tasks across Marketing, Sales, and CS and keep timelines on track.
• Write product content such as website pages, one-pagers, and short product videos.
• Build sales enablement materials (battlecards, objection handling guides, FAQs).
• Gather feedback from Sales to identify gaps and improve outputs.
• Identify strong customer stories with CS and Sales.
• Run customer interviews to uncover problems, results, and value delivered.
• Write case studies connecting outcomes to product and positioning.
