Job description

Build with us

Since 2004, we've had one clear goal: to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe.

Today, more than 300,000 companies use Mollie to get paid, manage money and grow – with products designed to be simple, scalable, and dependable.

With 950+ Mollies across 14+ locations, we care deeply about autonomy and craft. So we work in small teams, with real ownership, and we trust you to make the right decisions.

We're building for the long term, so we provide the tools you need, processes you can rely on, and a balanced work environment to help you do work you're proud of.

Sound like your kind of place? Let's build together.

Your impact

You will be responsible for strengthening and enabling our existing agency portfolio while also acquiring new digital agencies and lead-generating partners. Your core mission is to support and enable agencies to become strong Mollie ambassadors.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded team player who enjoys building relationships, keeping account portfolios organised, and supporting a fast-growing partnerships team. You'll help manage agency account lists, identify commercial opportunities within existing partners, and provide operational support to the wider Benelux Partnerships team where needed.

Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities within various agencies, supporting the management of Mollie's existing agency partnerships, and gradually building your own portfolio of agency relationships. This is a hybrid role, balancing new partner acquisition with the enablement of current agencies.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining and prioritising partner account lists, supporting account planning, preparing partner meetings, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. As an important member of the Benelux team, you'll collaborate closely with senior partner managers and provide support across shared initiatives, campaigns and events.

The relationships you build will directly drive merchant acquisition and growth for Mollie in one of our most important markets.

You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and legal – collaborating across teams to drive integrated go-to-market initiatives through the partner channel. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's playbook. You’ll help shape it.

What you'll ship

  • Ownership of a portfolio of agency partners across the Netherlands and Belgium, with a well-maintained account plan and measurable partner engagement within the first few months.

  • Contributing to partner acquisition through LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and strategic networking, while learning how to identify and develop high-potential agency relationships.

  • Strong, trust-based relationships with agency partners, grounded in a genuine understanding of their needs and how Mollie's solutions add value to their clients.

  • Well-maintained partner account lists and CRM hygiene, ensuring clear prioritisation, follow-up, and visibility across the Benelux partnerships portfolio.

  • Regular partner check-ins and clear account follow-up, helping us understand partner needs and identify opportunities to improve engagement and performance.

  • Reliable support for the wider Partnerships team by contributing to partner campaigns, events, reporting and day-to-day account management.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and legal to drive integrated go-to-market initiatives through the partner channel.

What you'll bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in partner management, account management, sales, or a related commercial field – ideally in financial services, technology, e-commerce, or another fast-paced environment.

  • An interest in commercial outreach and relationship building – you're comfortable connecting with new people and eager to develop your skills in LinkedIn outreach, events, and networking.

  • A commercial mindset and the ability to bring fresh ideas to support lead generation and partner engagement.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts, keep CRM data up to date, and coordinate follow-up across different stakeholders.

  • An outgoing, connector personality – you communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and know how to keep relationships strong over time.

  • An enthusiastic, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. You're happy to roll up your sleeves, support your teammates, and contribute wherever needed.

  • Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
