Job summary

Kaleris is seeking a college graduate to support SCE implementation tasks under guidance, actively participate in Discovery sessions, and document requirements. You will utilize AI productivity tools to speed up documentation, issue logging, and deliverables, while logging customer issues in Salesforce with precise steps and artifacts for fast resolution.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent with BS in IE, Business, CS, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with AI productivity tools to support documentation and analysis.
• Excellent written and oral English communication; additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports Kaleris SCE implementation tasks under guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers.
• Participates actively in Orientation and Analysis sessions and documents requirements.
• Uses AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, issue logging, and deliverable preparation.
• Logs and tracks customer issues in Salesforce with accurate steps and artifacts for swift resolution.
• Follows standardized implementation playbooks and contributes to continuous improvement of team assets.
• Eagerness to learn Kaleris SCE products and relevant business processes rapidly.
• Works under close supervision of Senior Consultants and Project Managers.
• Accountable for assigned tasks; proactively communicates progress and blockers.
• Follows established processes and methodologies; contributes to team knowledge base.
• Receives structured mentoring; actively applies feedback to accelerate learning.
• Develops professional relationships with customer counterparts and Kaleris team members.

Job description

College graduate or equivalent; relevant BS degree (e.g., IE, Business, CS, Supply Chain). Internships or early experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software preferred.

Solid foundational software skills: configuration, basic integrations, and system troubleshooting.

Demonstrable experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, AVA, Gemini, Claude...) to support documentation and analysis.
