Job summary

Jobtailor is expanding its enterprise client team in Amsterdam, seeking an experienced professional to lead complex onboarding and implementation programs for Tier 1 and Tier 2 SaaS customers. You will manage multi-stakeholder projects, architect integrations, and guide AI-enabled workflows to deliver rapid value.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive scope, budgets, and governance while ensuring excellent client outcomes and advocacy across global brands.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of onboarding programs or implementation consulting for Tier 1 and Tier 2 SaaS customers.
• Experience handling large-scale accounts or high-value enterprise portfolios.
• Exceptional technical aptitude for complex enterprise architecture and ecosystem connectivity challenges.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, integrations, or SDK configurations.
• Strategic AI literacy and comfort leading adoption of AI platforms.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in German or French is a major advantage.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Willingness to work from the Amsterdam office at least two times a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholders, business units, and workstreams.
• Manage scope, legacy migrations, and custom integration requirements.
• Adapt standard onboarding methodologies to unique enterprise client profiles.
• Lead customer workshops for requirements gathering.
• Advise global brands on taxonomy, metadata structures, and cross-functional DAM governance models.
• Lead adoption of AI tools for enterprise workflows, including metadata mapping and multilingual content migration.
• Drive rapid time-to-value and support Net Retention, expansion, and renewal objectives.
• Identify qualified high-ARR expansion leads and pass them to Sales.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to document, prioritize, and resolve complex implementation issues.
• Secure enterprise G2 reviews and client advocacy milestones.
• Orchestrate resources across Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Forecast resource requirements, monitor project budgets and supporting team effort.
• Maintain project data hygiene in Kantata (Mavenlink), Jira, Catalyst, and Salesforce.
